We offer a full range Polymer-bound Rubber Chemicals under the DELTAGRAN brand.
This includes a full range of performance additives for the rubber industry, including accelerators, antioxidants, retarders, metal oxides and sulphurs. Deltagran products are fully compatible with all commonly used polymers and rubber compounds. They are dispersed in special soft low viscosity multi-polymers binder filtered at 140 microns for optimal dispersion.

MATAROX is a supplier of TS 69 (Si 69), a Silane Coupling Agent of Chinese origin.
TS 69 as Tetra-Sulphide Silane forms covalent bonds between rubber and non-black fillers.
This imparts better tensile strength, higher modulus, improved compression set, improves abrasion resistance and optimizes dynamic properties.
TS 69 is used in a number of applications including tyres, footwear and technical rubber articles.

As the name suggests, NBR / PVC is a blend of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC resin) and is categorized as a ‘polyblend’.
NBR / PVC provides excellent resistance to oil, fuel, weather, ozone, abrasion and low temperature flex cracking.
It can be used to replace CR, NBR or EPDM in most applications.
Rubaloy products are RoHS compliant and all ingredients conform to the REACH norms. Rubaloy is manufactured by Imperial Water-Proofing Industries Pvt. Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, which was formed in 1959 in Mumbai, India.

TJPC SBR 1502 is a Styrene Butadiene Rubber produced by Takht-E-Jamshid using cold emulsion polymerization using Goodyear technology, in a new plant which began production in 2014.
TJPC PBR 1220 is a Polybutadiene Rubber produced using solution polymerization based on Ziegler-Natta (Cobalt) catalyst. It has a Cis content of > 97%.

MATAROX has a cooperation with a Portuguese producer of Gum Rosin, and represents this producer in parts of Europe in the rubber and adhesives industries.
Gum Rosin produced in Europe offers advantages such as shorter lead-times, Euro pricing stability and good quality as well as guaranteed REACH compliance.
Gum Rosin can be used in a number of applications, such as adhesives, rubber compounds, paints and varnishes, printing inks etc. Our rosin is a product of superior quality and it is available in several delivery forms and packaging options, according to our clients’ needs.
C5 & C9 Hydrocarbon resins of Chinese origin with REACH registration are also available from European stock.
